Sternship is pleased to have acted as Lead Manager to Australian Vanadium Limited (ASX: AVL) on its A$7.5 million Placement.

The raising was supported by new and existing institutional investors, including major shareholder RCF Private Equity Fund I L.P., and further strengthens AVL’s register.

Proceeds will advance AVL’s vertically integrated “pit-to-battery” strategy – spanning upstream development, electrolyte production and downstream energy storage initiatives, including the 500MWh Vanadium Battery Energy Storage System in Kalgoorlie.
