Congratulations to Jean-Sébastien Boutet and Canyon Resources Ltd (ASX:CAY) on the A$12.1m strategic placement to Eagle Eye Asset Holdings (“EEA”).

The A$0.06 placement price represents a significant ~42% premium to Canyon’s 30-day VWAP up to 20 December 2022.

EEA represents an attractive, long-term strategic partner for Canyon as the company moves towards production. EEA has a successful track record of developing projects in Africa and is looking to establish an integrated bauxite and aluminium value chain.
