Congratulations to Dynamic Group Holdings Ltd on its acquisition of Welldrill for total consideration of A$19m.

Welldrill provides water well drilling services for a number of tier-1 clients and is complementary to Dynamic’s existing service offering. The acquisition demonstrates Dynamic’s successful execution of its growth strategy following the acquisition of Orlando Drilling in 2021.
