Ashanti Capital is pleased to have acted as co-manager to raise ~US$35m for Greatland Gold PLC (GGP).

Ashanti’s role included securing a A$20m cornerstone investment from Tribeca Investment Partners.

Placement proceeds and Tribeca’s commitment to provide up to A$40m of additional funding will assist Greatland towards becoming fully funded for its share of development costs at the potentially world class Au-Cu Havieron project.
