Congratulations to the Toubani Resources team on its A$29m Placement in conjunction with its partnership with A2MP | Africa Minerals and Metals Processing Platform.

This Strategic Partnership with A2MP controlled by Eagle Eye Asset Holdings Pte Ltd and supported by the highly credentialed African Export-Import Bank (Afreximbank), demonstrates the significant potential of the Kobada Gold Project. A2MP’s $15.2m investment will equate to an 18% pro-forma shareholding in Toubani upon completion of the Placement.

Placement funds will progress the Kobada Gold Project to FID (late CY25) with A2MP also providing a non-binding Commitment Letter to work toward a minimum US$160M in debt funding for Kobada.
